Training Goals:  I need goals.  I need them to stay focused and motivated. I was having a hard time training consistently without any goals. For the last year or so I have been able to manage at most 6 or 7 hours a week training. Its not much. I race MTB in the expert 40-50 class and the races are 25-30 miles long. I may post a couple of final stage options just for an outside opinion. Updates to this site include a forum, rider avatars and equipment profiles, ride/file tagging, groups, better file handling and the ability to upload zipped collections of files to get your data history online with no hassle. I am also looking into an ... Read more
